Gyms can be intimidating! Whether you are new to the gym or a longtime member, this introduction is sure to provide some valuable information! Gym Orientation is not a personal training session but a tutorial on the basics of how things work in the gym. Please sign up at the front desk. we will limit attendee numbers to be sure you get the most out of this session.
What to expect:
  • STRENGTH TRAINING - Demystifying the equipment, proper form, & machine adjustments.
  • CARDIO EQUIPMENT - Instructions on programing, & targets for the different machines.
  • HOW TO DEVELOP A PROGRAM - Determining what exercise type, reps, & sets, to meet your goals.
  • GYM ETIQUETTE - Like any sport there are rules and courtesies.

We have a personal trainer available Tuesday through Saturday
 
5am - 8pm by appointment
Appointments set up at the front desk / office.
Pricing:
  • $50 per hour (or 10 x One on One Sessions for $450)

Sauna

Our Canadian red cedar infrared sauna reaches temperatures of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and offers full-spectrum color therapy.  Listen to the radio or plug in your own music for a custom experience.  Schedule an hour in your own personal sauna room complete with shower and bathroom facilities.  Towels are included!

‘’This gym is a very good, large space for all fitness levels and ages. Being in my mid 50’s I have seen plenty of gyms in a variety of States across the country. This gym provides you with a clean environment, with a good variety of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. It also includes a cross-fit room for more specialized movements. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and inviting making this a good environment for training, whatever you level or age. Personal training is also available. They also have a retail store with a clothing line, health supplements and a separate spa area. ’’
